Open-access peer-reviewed academic journal Mongabay.org will fund expansion of Tropical Conservation Science (TCS), mongabay.com's open-access peer-reviewed journal. The initiative has been funded by mongabay.com since January 2008 in an effort to provide publishing opportunities for scientists in tropical countries. Manuscripts are accepted in four languages and general interest summaries of each paper are published in at least four languages for every issue. TCS is one of mongabay.org's four programs.
