About
Autumn is an environmental journalist whose work has been featured in The Atlantic, National Geographic, The Guardian, Reveal, the Christian Science Monitor, Inside Climate News, Environmental Health News, and CNN, among others. She’s a former Ted Scripps Fellow in Environmental Journalism and an alum of the Metcalf Institute for Environmental and Marine Reporting. Autumn holds a master’s degree in journalism from Columbia University. Previously, Autumn taught English and journalism on the Navajo Nation and later worked as an editor at Youth Communication, an award-winning educational publishing company in New York that trains young people in writing and journalism. Born and raised on the Central Coast of California, she now lives in Barcelona.
