Rebecca Kessler

Rebecca covers all things marine for Mongabay. She has two decades of experience in environmental journalism, having worked as a freelancer and an editor at Natural History magazine before joining Mongabay in 2015. Prior to becoming a journalist she worked as a gardener, a sea cook, and for urban tree planting and community gardening programs.
